Hi Marko, thanks for this note. You are by all means right! We will correct the instructions asap. And in fact, this will be integrated into NetSpot’s preferences soon. So no manual editing of plist files will be needed.

Frank, thanks a lot for working with us on debugging this issue. Upon your confirmation, this was improved and fixed in the build 2.2.463, one of the upcoming official releases will have this polished out.

Can you email us at onair@netspotapp.com with the details regarding to this error? You can use “Ask a question” option from NetSpot itself, this will provide us with more debugging info. Also, based on another topic, I suspect you are running not the latest build of NetSpot. Anyway, it would be more efficient to switch to email for resolving this.

Got it, Jeff. I cannot guarantee that snapshots’ joining will be immediately available in the next build of NetSpot, but we’ll definitely keep you informed of our progress. We did get a few other similar requests and would now have a better picture of the implementation that would match user requests at most.

Seems that there was a bug in the previous release of NetSpot Reporter related to Active Scans. We will update it asap.

Hi Edo, please, send the proof of your App Store purchase to onair@netsotapp.com (our support team). They will gladly offer you the upgrade link. You should also include your second question in the email, we will need more info from you to resolve that.

Joining zones and surveys is something we do have on the roadmap. However, in your scenario I’m not clear with just one condition: “keeping the best measurement from each map”. How exactly do you want this to work?
