When our support team is assisting you with some issue you have experienced, they might ask you to send them the app logs. The most straightforward way to send us logs is using the Send Feedback option in the Help menu. Log files will be automatically attached to your feedback.
If you would like to send log files directly to our support, you can find them at the following locations:
macOS: ~/Library/Application Support/NetSpot/NetSpot.log
Windows: C\Users\
