FAQ: My AP was detected automatically in the wrong location. Can I move it?

If during a survey your AP was placed in a wrong spot on the heatmap, you can easily move it manually.

❓ Why this happened:
A possible reason for this is that the measurements were taken far from the AP. It is recommended to take measurements densely, which will automatically put you closer to the AP during the survey data collection.

✅ What to do now:
You can move the AP to a desired location by clicking on it and selecting the “Position manually” option. Then you can drag the AP and drop it where needed.
