Kate NetSpotKeymasterHello Valleyman, AppData is a hidden folder. Could you please unhide it first and try to find it again:
%userprofile%\AppData\Local\Apps\2.0\%hashcode%\%hashcode%\manifestsWhere:
%userprofile% is your account name
%hashcode% is a random hash
For example: \Users\Paul\AppData\Local\Apps\2.0\BZWCMEVE.1NQ\LG9M2E93.VRO
Kate NetSpotKeymasterHello, thank you for your question. If you purchase a new computer or significantly upgrade your existing one or you would like to transfer NetSpot license from one computer to another one, please use this form to reset a HID:
https://updates.netspotapp.com/changehid/You can do it up to 3 times, then please apply to our support team – onair@netspotapp.com
However, if you plan using NetSpot PRO on both computers, I believe an additional NetSpot PRO license will be better for you. You can send me more details – kate@netspotapp.com – and I’ll be happy to help you.

Kate NetSpotKeymasterHello Rob, thank you for your question. We work hard on it and plan the release of NetSpot PRO/Enterprise for Windows in May already! Stay tuned!
Kate NetSpotKeymasterHello Richard, thank you for your question. The free version of NetSpot gives you a possibility to fully use a Discover mode. Although, the Survey mode in a free edition is limited and gives you an opportunity to see on samples how the Survey mode works.
If you would like to load and survey your map or export data received, I advise you to purchase Home or PRO editions of NetSpot. I also have sent you a trial license key, so you could fully test PRO version of NetSpot.
Kate NetSpotKeymasterHello Valleyman,
Could you please let us know if it is a stable crash?
Sometimes it is recommended to delete all the click-once manifests from the folder %userprofile%\AppData\Local\Apps\2.0\%hashcode%\%hashcode%\manifests and to delete the folder as well. But after you have to install all the click-once applications again.

Kate NetSpotKeymasterThank you, we are working on it and will revert to you soon. If you have similar reports in the future, please, send them to our support team to onair@netspotapp.com, we’ll be glad to help you.
