    I am brand new to Netspot and I haven’t been able to locate a beginner’s guide that offers help for this. Upon opening the program, Netspot tells me there are no connections and to check my router. I’m getting a NullReferenceException as well.

    This is a Windows 10 PC and I’m unsure if I have to disable firewalls for Netspot to locate my router, but I assure you that it is connected properly.

    Can anyone please guide me through the beginning steps?
