We are glad to inform you about an update for NetSpot – you can now download version 2.13. This update is for both operating systems – Windows and macOS – and adds some improvements and the freshest fixes for the issues kindly reported by our users for both macOS and Windows.
What’s new:
macOS:
- Added: NetSpot survey projects created with the Android version can now be opened and analyzed with the desktop version.
- Added: The iperf3 support has been added (Mac App Store version only).
- Improved: The list of supported router vendors has been expanded.
- Fixed: Some visual issues with the preferences toolbar have been resolved.
Windows:
- Added: NetSpot survey projects created with the Android version can now be opened and analyzed with the desktop version.
- Added: The 160Hz channel bandwidth for Wi-Fi 6 routers is now supported.
- Improved: The list of supported router vendors has been expanded.
- Improved: Aliases for survey projects were greatly improved.
- Fixed: PDF export of reports in Japanese localization of NetSpot.
- Fixed: NetSpot launch upon double-click on a project file.
