NetSpot and Chrome OS

NetSpot 1.1 for Android now supports Chrome OS. Now you can discover, analyze, and compare surrounding networks on your Chromebook, Chromebox, Chromebit, or Chromebase. You’ll be able to see the data updates in real time, sort the data by name and by signal strength, and filter networks by their name, signal strength, or security protocol. Read more about NetSpot for Android here.

Please note that for the time being, the security type of discovered networks (WPS, WEP, WPA, WPA2) will not be shown on Chromebooks.
