I read about NetSpot in a MacWorld email and thought it was just the thing I needed, as I seemed to be getting weak wifi reception in our bedroom even after adding an Airport Express to my existing Airport Extreme network. Tried 5 or 6 times to set things up: bringing in floor plan of the apartment and establishing scale went fine. Then when I tried to set the perimeter of the zone, things stopped working. Each time I finished and clicked “Let’s Get Started” the pinwheel would start spinning and not stop until the application quit altogether. I may be doing something wrong, but I don’t know what. All I do know is that it’s frustrating me to the point where I want to give up on the application. Any help?
