Hi I have a Mac Book Air, I recently install NetSpot and I compare the software with someone else in my organitation and It seems that my Netspot isn`t measuring the Noise Level so I don’t have an SNR measurement.
I’ve already reinstall and it doesn’t work

Is it the new MacBook Air with AC? Apple seems to have issues with Wi-Fi framework in those new laptops, and based on what we know right now, even the fix that was released doesn’t solve the problem. We are monitoring the situation.

I have a mid-2013 MacBook Air with 802.11ac support and I, too, am having the problem of the “noise” column showing 0 for all networks.

True, it seems to be there. Did you try upgrading to OS X 10.8.5 or 10.9 Dev Preview? The latter definitely resolves the issue with the AirPort framework.

I’m seeing this on OS x 10.8.5 hopefull this will be fixed in Maverick if as you say the 10.9 dev preview clears this up

It’s a fix in Mavericks, guaranteed. Still checking with 10.8.5, but obviously the framework is buggy in it.

Update: we completed our tests with OS X 10.8.5 and are ready to confirm that this bug is NOT fixed in the framework. The next update of NetSpot will notify users of the problem, and will recommend getting OS X 10.9. We will also be able to implement a workaround for the network you are currently connected to, but not to the neighboring ones. Stay tuned. We are also submitting another bug report to Apple via developer account now.

I can confirm that SNR display bug is fixed in the released version of Mavericks (10.9)

It is. Unfortunately they might not be interested in fixing anything in the previous releases of OS X due to… you know what. OS X Mavericks is free, that means Apple wants everyone on their new OS. Which is kind of OK, of course, if they were not stripping a ton of internal features off.

We got some great news from Apple. Their engineering believes this issue has been addressed in the OS X Mavericks 10.9.2 GM release (OS X Mavericks 10.9.2 Seed Build 13C64). We are running our tests now and will confirm.
