    I’m trying out the free version. As I go from spot to spot, netspot does not put any circles around the survey points. Here’s what I do see: first spot (north-west corner of room), no green, second spot (south-west corner), no green, third spot (south-east corner), green triangle between 3 existing spots, fourth spot (north-east corner), green square. Then when it does the the signal to noise analysis, it shows mostly blue when the entire room actually has good signal strength and download speed.

    Something seems to be wrong.

    Hi Richard, can you send the project file to onair@netspotapp.com? We’ll check what can be wrong. Are you getting this issue with any area map that you load in NetSpot? Even with blank ones?

    I think I discovered the problem. For the scale, I put in the inches instead of feet. Now that I’ve put in the right scale, I’m seeing the circles. Thanks
