All of our UDP jitter measurements are being reported in seconds rather than milliseconds. As a result, all our our jitter heatmaps are solid red (because the highest jitter value permitted is 1000ms, or one second.) Yet our iPerf3 server is reporting the values correctly, in ms. For example, NetSpot reports 10.3 seconds (!), but our Mac iPerf3 server reports the same test session as 10.3 milliseconds. We are on the latest version of Netspot Pro, just purchased and installed today. Are we doing something wrong?

We are looking into this now. Might be a bug on our side. But let me confirm.

Update: solid red seems to be good if you are using default visualization settings. For the incorrect values, can you please send us a bit more details with the screenshots? We tested this once again and cannot reproduce the bug. Thanks. Email to onair@netspotapp.com with reference to this topic.
