I can’t show a picture here, however I mapped out my second floor and did a full converage scan with my MacBook Pro. Last 17″ model. I have two wifi routers however the second is in the basement. The second floor unit is a Cisco dual bad so is running both 5GHz and 2.4GHz. Mac connected to 5GHz Cisco router. When I complete my scan, the signal to noice ratio shows dark bluish for most of the second floor, except for the entry way to my bedroom and the windows by my bedroom. The router is in between those two points and also showing dark blueish which is supposed to be bad for signal to noise ratio. Is something wrong here? The hotspot should be the strongest place. Would think showing red by the thumbs up icon next to the red color.

    Thoughts?

Please send your project to our support team (onair@netspotapp.com) or me (al@etwok.com), we can’t say anything for sure without it. The troubles may be caused by extreme source of noise or something else. Thanks
