I have version 1.3.344 from the mac app store. I think I am having an issue with the software, or it could be user error. I have attempted three maps in three different locations and every attempt has produced a map that almost entirely shows the following:

    SNR: 0db
    SL: -96db
    QAP:0
    NL:-96db
    SIR:0db

In each location I have varying levels of WiFi signal strength and speed. the majority have a full signal strength (according to OS X), but there are portions that should almost drop off entirely. On my list of access points on the left of the app I see and orange (almost red) symbol next to each Access Point. I would expect to see good coverage with significant drop-off near the periphery and in certain closet, but that is not what I see with this app.

I am not sure what I am doing wrong. Is there a manual I can read( I didn’t see one)? Any help would be appreciated.

    Thanks,

The manual is easily accessible from the app and the website: /help/
