I have been struggling with the online documentation for NetSpot as it is very HYPERTEXTY. There’s no real manual. Lots of tips and specific ideas explained but often found by jumping around aimlessly. No real flow. It’s like spending time on YouTube. You often end up in the WTF section soon enough! Any plans on making it more manual-y?

All I can say now – may be. We are doing our best updating both manuals now: for NetSpot Mac and Windows as well.
