    DO we need a secondary wireless WiFi dongle to run active scan for network?

    No, no need. Moreover, external WiFi adapters are not supported yet, at least we haven’t succeeded finding any that would support Apple’s AirPort framework. Can you tell me more about your iperf3 setup? At what step exactly does it fail?

    I am having a iperf3 issue that I hope you can help with. Just got the newest version of Netspot and want to use a local windows 7 that is hardwired to the lan. Please provide me with a step by step description on how setup and run a iperf 3 server on the local computer.

    Did you check the official iperf3 documentation for that? We are not the developer of iperf3, we just use their ready-made scripts to get the best speed measurements out there…

    I did, however being computer ‘Stupid’ I could not get it to work properly. I kept getting errors on the iperf server stating that the connection was already being used. From there I find my failure in using computers… :(
