    We have configure iperf3, however, the result on the map (visualizer) shows no Wi-Fi network selected. We tested connection at preferences->active scanning and test was successful, Also, we selected Enable Active Scanning. However, visualizations for lperf TCP and UDP tests were shown as no data was collected — it said no wifi network detected. The laptop collecting data was setup for the that network.

    Do you see your network in the sidebar after the survey is complete? Is it selected there? More details: /help/select-network/

    No it stated that my network is not present, however, the laptop is set on that SSID and other data (scanning) is present (S/N and so forth).

    So let me reiterate: you enabled Active Scanning when creating a new survey project, you configured iperf3 in Preferences, the test went OK, you started the survey and all visualizations have data but the iperf3 ones. Is this correct? Have you seen NetSpot running the speed test after the wireless sample is over (the blue sample indicator)?
