This software is great! I am a total novice but have found it really informative and easy to use. I downloaded it to get to the bottom of a frustrating wifi problem but I still can’t figure it out (although that’s down to me and not the software)! The problem is a loss of signal. Looking at the signal & noise results, it appears to flatline at regular intervals with no consistent pattern. It affects all house computers/laptops and xbox. I’ve tried router channels 1,6 and 9, moved the router, unplugged anything that could produce noise…The only fix seems to be turning my laptop’s wifi on and off and it seems to work again for a period of time, maybe 10 minutes or an hour…sometimes it’s fine for days. Any ideas of what it could be would be gratefully received.

Can you share the Discover mode details for the network in question, so we could see how the signal level behaves? You can send the exported values, or the screenshot to onair@netspotapp.com, or share them here. If I got it correctly, the network’s signal does seem to be dropping from time to time. Might it be the issue with the router itself?
