    The App as a whole doesn’t fully embrace the latest wifi standard (IEEE 802.11 ac) in my opinion. There are a number of bugs that I have found with the app.

    In Survey mode when viewing the network transmit rate the maximum value that the heat map can show is 300Mbps. Wifi AC can reach a theoretical speed of 1.3Gbps therefore the 300Mbps limit is extremely low.

    Another bug I found is that in Discover mode the channel bandwidth for wifi AC is marked as 40MHz when in fact it is 80Mhz.

    I hope these bugs are resolved quickly.

    Which build of NetSpot 2 are you using?

    I also noticed that the networks I have set to 80Mhz are showing as 40.
    Version 2.3 (2.3.509)
    Mac 10.9.2
