Error opening previous project files

I had created two projects with a previous version and upgraded over the weekend to 2.2 Now when I try to open my files, I get the following error dialog box:

Error opening file
Unsupported or incorrect project file

Are my old files hosed or is there a way to open them. It’s not a huge deal if I have to recreate, but seems like an issue. Thanks.

Can you make sure you are using NetSpot 2.2 (build 2.2.460)?

I had the same problem. I just installed v 2.2 and created a file. When I closed it and opened it it said “Unsupported or incorrect project file”

I’m using Version 2.2 (2.2.460)

Frank, thanks a lot for working with us on debugging this issue. Upon your confirmation, this was improved and fixed in the build 2.2.463, one of the upcoming official releases will have this polished out.

I’m having this problem as well but with a project created in 2.2.460, how can I obtain 2.2.463?
