Alias name in Discover view using data from survey view

Please could you add the Alias name in discover view using the data entered when surveying?

Hi Paul, we are somewhat doubtful about this feature. While aliases are saved in your survey project and easily transferred with it, Discover mode only provides a momentarily snapshot of networks around you, and that may change. We’ll keep this idea on the list.

Hi Alex, We would love the ability to see the Alias name during discovery as when I walk around Campus I’d really like to know which Access Point I’ve moved too. We have over 160 AP’s and this would a great feature to have as your competitors don’t have it either.

During surveys I can only see the SSID which is the same for all of them and the MAC address isn’t very memorable.

Paul, I agree with you. Once we refine the preferences of the project and the app itself, we will be able to add this feature. But I can’t tell you exactly when it happens.
