I updated to the latest free version from the free version from the Apple App Store. In version 1.x, I was able to change the scale to get a more granular view signal strength. For example, I want to easily identify where the signal drops below -65 dBm rather than -90 dBm. Am I missing this in version 2.x?

Most probably you just didn’t find the new configuration popup for visualizations… it’s here now: /help/how-do-i-change-the-values-represented-by-the-colors-on-the-map/

Alex, thanks for the info. Unfortunately it doesn’t do anything for me. I’m running 10.8.2, new MacBook Pro 13″ with Retina display, 8 GB ram, 2.5 GHz i5 and NetSpot 2.0.274 downloaded directly from your website.

And just to make sure I’m not doing something dumb, here is a video…

Definitely nothing dumb. Looks like a bug. Most probably it was already fixed in the internal beta, give me some time….

I emailed you the link to latest beta. This bug is definitely fixed in it, it was related to retina displays… the new build will soon be publicly online.

Alex, same issue here for me again, related to my last comment on WAP Info Popup, retina display, etc. Can you please send me the link to the fix?

    Thanks much.

Jim, I emailed you the latest beta. Enjoy. We just need to polish a few things before this release goes public.
